For trade shows and conferences

The floor plan, as data. Not a PDF.

Adunia Connect gives attendees a map that answers questions, a schedule that knows where they are standing, and meetings that run on time. Organizers set it up from the floor plan and spreadsheets they already have.

What attendees get

Map as data

Every booth is an object linked to an exhibitor, so the map can answer questions instead of just being looked at.

  • Search lands on the map and highlights the match
  • Filters by category, favorites and what is happening next
  • Works offline: event data downloads once
  • The PDF floor plan is always available too

Schedule

Tracks, sessions and parties in one place, with a personal agenda that turns into a walking route.

  • Browse by track, filter by what you can attend
  • Personal agenda from favorites
  • Leave-now reminders based on where you are

Hosted-buyer meetings

Scheduling, check-in and ratings for B2B meeting programs, with the booth on the map one tap away.

  • Meeting slots scheduled between buyers and exhibitors
  • Check-in at the meeting point
  • Ratings after each meeting

For organizers

No redrawing, no custom app build. One organizer portal, and attendees use the same Adunia Connect app for every event.

  1. Upload the floor plan you already have

Drop in the PDF or image from your venue, then mark booths on top of it. Multiple halls and floors, plus off-site venues with directions.

  2. Import your spreadsheets

Attendees, exhibitors, buyers and staff come in from the lists you already keep. Booths link to exhibitors by number. Exhibitors complete their own profiles.

  3. Change things live

Move a booth or reschedule a session and every attendee's map and agenda update. Choose what is visible before people sign in.

Entitlements are built in: show-floor attendees, exhibitor staff, hosted buyers and your own team each see the parts of the event meant for them, from one shared dataset.

Coming to iOS
